Bramley Associates is an ecological consultancy based in Kent that was established in 1999. We offer a portfolio of high quality ecological services and operate within the terrestrial, marine and freshwater environments.

We undertake a range of surveys, from initial scoping surveys, through Phase 1 Habitat Surveys, up to full ecological surveys. We also offer specialist surveys, habitat management advice and where appropriate mitigation services for a range of species, including great crested newt, otter, water vole, dormouse, seal, barn owl and marine/freshwater invertebrates.

Bramley Associates maintain an active interest in research and we are currently leading three research projects in Kent:

• Distribution of otters and otter holt usage.
• Ecology and distribution of marine mammals, particularly seals.
• Ecology and distribution of stoneworts.

We are a Corporate Sponsor of Kent Reptile and Amphibian Group and are assisting Kent Mammal Group in the production of the Kent Mammal Atlas. We support Kent Seasearch's subaqua diving programme and SeaWatch in the recording of marine mammals in SE England.
